New Employee Induction Checklist.

Getting a new employee “up to speed” is hard. Somehow you have to remember all those little things as well as all the new employment laws and if you believe in “Sod’s Law” – the one you forget will result in a problem later, guaranteed.

A member mused on this problem as he watched a new employee casually put a metal container into the staff microwave – creating havoc and narrowly avoiding injury to the employee as he rushed to turn it off.

So… here is a handy Employee Induction Checklist that you can print off and use – work through it with everybody and pop a copy on their employee file. You never know what trouble you might avoid as a result….
